YourRent Marketing Newsletter Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rules of the marketing newsletter operated by Your Rent Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Chorzów at ul. Kadecka 5a (hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher").
2. The newsletter is a free subscription service aimed at providing subscribers with current information about the Rental Company's offers, promotions and news.
3. Subscription is voluntary and may be cancelled at any time without any consequences.

§ 2. Conditions of Use of the Newsletter

1. To subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide an active e-mail address and consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
2. After registering, a confirmation message activating the subscription is sent to the provided e-mail address (double opt-in). The subscription becomes active after clicking the confirmation link.
3. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the newsletter at any time, notifying subscribers at least 14 days in advance.

§ 3. Data Protection and Unsubscribing

1. Subscribers' personal data (e-mail address and optionally first name) are processed solely for the purpose of providing the newsletter service, based on the subscriber's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2. The data controller is Your Rent Sp. z o.o. Subscribers have the right to access, correct and delete their data.
3. Unsubscribing is done by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of each message or by contacting the Publisher directly. After unsubscribing, the subscriber's data is removed from the database within 7 business days.
