Consent to Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

§ 1. General Provisions

1. This document describes the rules for granting and withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes by Your Rent Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Chorzów.
2. Giving consent is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for entering into a vehicle rental agreement.
3. Submitting consent means accepting the sending of commercial information by the Administrator via electronic means to the indicated e-mail address, in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

§ 2. Scope of Marketing Communication

1. Under the given consent, the Administrator may send information about current promotions, special offers, new products and services, as well as informational and educational content related to the Rental Company's activities.
2. The Administrator undertakes to limit the frequency of sent messages to a reasonable minimum and not to flood the inbox with an excessive number of communications.
3. Personal data processed for marketing purposes includes: first name and e-mail address. The Administrator does not process other categories of data for this purpose.

§ 3. Withdrawal of Consent

1. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail, or by contacting the Administrator directly.
2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
3. After withdrawal of consent, personal data processed solely for this purpose will be promptly removed from the recipient database.
