How to Pick Up Your Car After Arriving in Alicante?
Picking up your car is straightforward. After your flight, collect your luggage, call YourRent, and head to the designated shuttle bus pick-up point. The transfer is free and takes about 5 minutes to reach the office.
1. Collect Your Luggage and Call YourRent
Once you've collected your luggage, call the YourRent branch in Alicante:

It’s best to call immediately after picking up your luggage. Shuttle buses don’t wait at the airport continuously, so the call lets you arrange pick-up and get instructions on the next steps.
2. Go to the Shuttle Bus Pick-Up Point
The pick-up point is located on level -2 of Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC), between parking spaces 43–49.
After contacting the branch, follow the instructions provided. The shuttle bus will take you to the YourRent office, with the ride lasting approximately 5 minutes.
3. Complete the Formalities and Collect Your Keys
When you reach the office, have the documents and the physical payment card of the main driver ready. You will complete the rental paperwork and receive your keys on site.
The YourRent office in Alicante operates daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
What Documents Should You Prepare to Pick Up the Car?
To ensure a smooth process on arrival, check you have the following before your trip:
Physical driver’s license.
ID card or passport.
Physical payment card of the main driver.
Cash or payment by phone or watch does not replace the required card. Also, it's good to decide in advance who will be the main driver — that person should carry the documents and card.
What If the Flight is Delayed?
If you provide your flight number when booking, the YourRent team monitors arrivals and adjusts pick-up according to delays.
If your flight is delayed and you have collected your luggage after landing, call the branch following the pick-up procedure. Should plans change, you can clarify the situation directly with the staff.
Remember, the office is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
Deposit on Rental — What You Should Know
If your booking includes a deposit, the funds are blocked on your card but not charged as a rental fee. The amount blocked depends on the car class and selected package.
